Prep School July & August Birthday Dinner
The first Birthday dinner of the year was celebrated at the High Country Inn (Prep School DFAC). Each of the Preppies is served by the DFAC staff. Dinner includes a green salad, choice of grilled rib eye steak or chicken cordon bleu. They also get dinner rolls, and a non-alcoholic beverage of their choice. Dessert is cake and ice cream.
Following military tradition, the cake is cut with a cadet sabre by the oldest and youngest C/Cs present. With 2 months involved for this Birthday Dinner, they had the oldest and youngest for each month come up to cut the cake.
