Prep School Pre-Graduation Events
The C/Cs are currently putting into action the knowledge they have gained during their time at the Prep School. This blog contains photos of the biodiesel race, the talent show, the bridge destruction competition and the Into the Light Walk.
The Prep School will hold an award ceremony prior to graduation on May 19. WebGuy will be there to capture the awards. The graduation ceremony will take place on May 22. WebGuy will be there for the graduation parade, graduation ceremony and the following reception.
Biodiesel Race
C/Cs were required to create moving vehicles using materials provided by the Prep School. The C/Cs took their vehicles out on the football field to race them. Scores were kept and an audience of C/Cs witnessed the event.

Talent Show
Prep School C/Cs showed off their talents in the Husky Theater. Some C/Cs played instruments, played songs, danced and even performed stand-up comedy.

Bridge Destruction Competition
The purpose of this event was to put into action the engineering and math skills C/Cs have learned during their time at the Prep School. C/Cs were required to build a bridge made of popsicle sticks. The strength of the bridges was tested by placing several textbooks on the bridges.

Into the Light Walk
Into the Light Walk is an event held all over the country that aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. The C/Cs began their walk at the Prep School and made their way to the Community Center Chapel.
