Prep School Early Path to Wings
As a part of the new Early Path to Wings Program, The Prep School partners with the 306th Flying Training Group to provide C/Cs with orientation flights in powered aircraft and gliders.
According to the USAFA website, Once C/Cs became cadets, they may have the opportunity to participate in powered flight during their second-class year or during the summer before their first-class year. Selected cadets receive training in precision landings, cross-country navigation, instrument flying and more
