NCLS Speaker David Nelson Visits The Prep School
Yesterday afternoon, David Nelson stopped by the Prep School to talk about his NFL Career as well as his Non-Profit Organization i'MME. He is currently here as one of the Speakers for this year's NCLS.
His Cadet escort read the following bio to the C/C's before introducing Mr. Nelson.
“David Nelson serves at the Chief Executive Officer for i’mME. As i’mME’s CEO, David is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as leading the organization’s development and impact strategy. He co-founded i’mME with his brothers Daniel and Patrick Nelson in 2013 while playing in the NFL. He also partners with various organizations across the country on international development opportunities with a focus on leadership and child care.
Aside from founding i’mME, David played football for 6 years in the NFL. He has knowledge of the non-profit sector, leadership, charitable endeavors, community development, and marketing, which he developed through leadership positions within the Community Relations Department of the NFL.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.”
Afterwards, the Prep Staff as well as the C/C's had the opportunity to ask him questions and even talk one-on-one with him and get pictures.
