18 Days To Go!

Today's Noon Meal Formation was a very eventful one indeed.

Before we get into today's Noon Meal Formation activities, we want to give a huge shout out to Ioan Feier Ph.D, Assistant Professor of the Department of Engineering Mechanics for providing us with pictures as well as Ryan Hall and Jeff Holmquist in our very own AOG's Communications Department!

Not only did the AF Racing Team get to do a Demo on the tzo prior to Noon Meal Formation (NMF), the Cadets also were gifted with a C-17 flyover and with it being 18 days until 2018 graduates, the Firsties took the hill! Enjoy our highlights from today's NMF!

The AF Racing Team will be competing at the Michigan International Speedway Formula SAE Michigan Competition with the two Formula-style cars that were driven on the Tzo today. The Cadets will be going up against 120 national and international teams between May 8 and May 11. Good luck!

The Flyover was performed with a C-17, what a beautiful aircraft!

And finally, last but not least - the Firsties took the hill. Today marks 18 days until graduation and their last Noon Meal Formation. We are so excited for the Class of 2018 and can not wait to see them become 2nd Lts! We will be catching them throughout next week as they finish their finals and take their jumps into the fountains to celebrate completing their academics at the Air Force Academy so be sure to check back next week!
