Legacy Parents
What is a Legacy Parent? A Legacy Parent is a graduate of USAFA who now as a current cadet or soon to be current cadet at the Academy. This is a new program that honors that connection in the Long Blue Line. Today was the kick off event for Legacy Parents of the Class of 2027. With welcome remarks from AOG and Air Force Academy Foundation CEO Lt Gen (Ret) Mike Gould '76 who is also a Legacy Parent, AOG and Air Force Academy Foundation President Mark Hille '97, and Lt Col (Ret) Naviere Walkewicz '99 and current Legacy Parent of a '27 appointee.
