All Ohio Night!
This past weekend the Ohio Parent Clubs had their first annual All Ohio Night here at the Academy!
Throughout the event the main entertainment was the Ohio State vs Penn State football game. The Ohio Cadets and their guests enjoyed some Skyline Chili, White Castle, Schmidt's, City Barbeque, Whit's Frozen Custard, Homemade Buckeyes, cookies, and chocolates!
Not only did the Ohio Parent Clubs bring all of this amazing food out for their Cadets to enjoy, they also brought $18,000 worth of sponsor/donated door prizes and that’s not all, they achieved this in just the two months before the event took place! That’s amazing! There were Congressional flags donated from members of the Ohio Senate, Jay Hottinger and Larry Obhof and from the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Ohio, Cliff Rosenberger. A Football, which not only would have the Cadets name put on it but also will be signed by the Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, Marvin Lewis. And many, many other great prizes!
