Class of 2022 Commissioning Ceremonies

During commissioning, cadets become Second Lieutenants in the United States Air Force. This was their final big event before the graduation ceremony on Wednesday. Most of the commissioning ceremonies moved indoors due to cold weather, although a few ceremonies remained outside. 

Friends and families gathered celebrate the newly commissioned Second Lieutenants. Commissioning is a truly emotional event, with tears and laughter from everyone in attendance. 

We would like to thank WebGuy, along with the AOG Communications department, who were able to capture all 40 squadrons. We would also like to congratulate the graduates of USAFA and their families and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
