Basic Bash
Basic Cadets celebrated Independence Day Saturday morning with the annual Basic Bash, taking a break from training to enjoy a morning of friendly competition and squadron spirit.
Cadets participated in a variety of activities, including relay races, tug-of-war, and sponge throws, cheering on their teammates throughout each event. The competitions encouraged teamwork while giving basics an opportunity to build camaraderie with their fellow cadets and cadre.
After an energetic morning of competition, Flying Tigers Echo claimed the overall victory, earning a special flag to be placed on their guide-ons as this year's Basic Bash champions.
The Fourth of July celebration provided a chance for basic cadets to recharge and strengthen the bonds formed during Basic Cadet Training before returning to the challenges that lie ahead.
