BCT-1 PFT
This was the first of two PFTs completed during Basic Cadet Training. The initial assessment gives Basics an opportunity to gauge their current fitness level before heading to Jacks Valley, where they will continue to build strength and endurance. Following Jacks Valley, the Class of 2030 will complete a second Basic PFT to measure their progress and preparation for the academic year's Fall PFT.
The PFT includes the following maximum scores:
- Pull-ups: Men – 21 | Women – 8
- Standing Long Jump: Men – 8'08" | Women – 7'2"
- Sit-ups: Men – 95 | Women – 95
- Push-ups: Men – 72 | Women – 48
- 600-Yard Run: Men – 1:35 | Women – 1:53
